Case study: supply chain platform
Vibronyx

Failure modes, found in simulation instead of the real chain.

Vibronyx is a supply chain platform. We built its planning and risk simulation core: deployments planned and failure modes simulated before they cascade through the real chain.

The problem

In a supply chain, failures cascade.

A supply chain is a system where one node's bad day becomes every downstream node's bad week. The expensive place to discover a failure mode is the real chain, after product, money, and commitments are already moving.

Vibronyx moves that discovery into software: plan the deployment, simulate the failures, and see the cascade before the real chain ever does.

What we built

Planning and simulation, built as one system.

Supply chain planning

Deployment planning in software: what moves where, worked out and checked before anything moves in the world.

Risk simulation

Failure modes simulated before they cascade through the real chain. A cascade in simulation costs compute. A cascade in production costs the quarter.

The hard number

This slot stays empty until the number is approved.

Case studies run on numbers, and we do not publish a client's numbers without the client's sign-off. When a figure appears here, you can take it at face value.

Have a system where failures cascade?

Tell us how the pieces connect and where a bad day spreads. We reply within a day. Engagements start at $4k, most full builds land near $40k, and the number we quote is the number you pay.
