This call is where we understand the product, the business goals, the technical constraints, and what phase one should cover. Our default path is estimate first, mock up second, build third, retainer from kickoff.

1. Estimate

We clarify the scope, major unknowns, commercial guardrails, and where the riskiest assumptions live.

2. Mockup phase

We turn the estimate into mockups, flows, and technical direction so the build starts with alignment.

3. Build + retainer

The implementation phase runs in controlled sprints while the retainer handles continuity, maintenance, and ongoing updates.
