Automa by LOJI

The AI operating system for software teams.

Automa gives each teammate a personal assistant, gives the company one shared operational brain, and uses routines to keep work moving without constant prompting.

We built it first for our own workflows at LOJI, used it in client delivery to turn engineers into more coherent directors inside the system, and now we're opening it up to the public so other organizations can capture the same leverage.

Built inside LOJI

Created for our own workflows. Proven in client delivery. Now opening to the public.

We used Automa internally to push our own delivery system forward, then used it in real client work to build faster and deliver value at a scale that would be difficult to sustain with manual coordination alone.

The effect was not "replace engineers." It was shifting engineers into more coherent directors inside the system, sharing operational responsibility between LOJI product engineers, our clients, and the routines running underneath the work.

That is the framing now: either we work with you directly inside your business model, or we bring your team into the tools and help you gain the same advantages inside your own organization.

Personal assistants

Each teammate gets private memory, personal defaults, briefings, and teammate-scoped notifications.

Shared operational brain

The company keeps shared organizational context so documents, knowledge, conversations, and work history stay connected.

Routines and recurring work

Recurring coordination becomes a system instead of a habit: briefings, follow-ups, handoffs, and status movements can run as routines.

Organization and workspace model

Automa is built around organizations above workspaces so teams can separate departments, projects, or clients cleanly.

Stakeholder and client access

Client and stakeholder access can live inside the product as a supporting layer without collapsing everything into the same workspace role.

Managed first, self-hosted when needed

Managed hosting is the fastest path to value, with self-hosted support available for higher-trust environments.

Core promise

Three layers that make AI usable inside a real team.

Personal assistant for each teammate

Each person gets private memory, defaults, briefings, and teammate-scoped help instead of sharing one generic AI tab with the rest of the company.

One shared operational brain

The company keeps a shared organizational layer for knowledge, context, documents, and active work so execution does not reset every time the conversation changes.

Routines that keep work moving

Recurring coordination work can run through routines, handoffs, and role-based workers instead of depending on somebody remembering to prompt the system again.

Where teams use it most

Planning, task flow, reviews, and engineering context.

Automa is not just a place to chat with AI. It is where planning gets structured, where users interact at the task level, where PR and security reviews can run automatically, and where agents can work with real engineering context.

Full-featured planning phases

Automa is strongest before and during execution planning. Teams use it to shape scope, structure the work, pressure-test decisions, and keep planning artifacts attached to the task instead of scattered across tools.

Task-level interaction

This is where users interact with the system the most. Questions, clarifications, decisions, handoffs, and follow-through happen at the task level where the work actually lives.

Automated PR and security reviews

Automa can automate pull request reviews and security reviews so the same operating system guiding planning and execution is also watching code quality and risk.

Engineering-grade access to context

Agents can be given read access to databases, logs, and errors so they can answer questions, investigate issues, and support builds with the same operational context an engineer would want.

Slack-native teammate access

Automa can integrate into Slack like a teammate and provide access at whatever level makes sense across the organization, so people can interact with the system where they already work.

Live voice agents

Teams can talk to AI agents over voice and work in the same operational context, making interaction feel much closer to speaking with a real teammate than filling out another form or prompt box.

Keep an engineer in the loop.

We still want an engineer on your team keeping tabs on everything. Automa can widen execution capacity, but oversight still matters. If you do not have that engineering layer in-house, jump over to LOJI and we'll gladly partner with you on using Automa well.

Why it exists

Building got cheaper. Execution did not.

Teams now have more prototypes, more tasks, more AI outputs, and more possible directions than they can responsibly absorb. Automa is meant to hold the operational context together, keep routines moving, and reduce the coordination tax that appears right after the initial build phase.

Engineering

Keep tasks, docs, discussions, and project memory connected so implementation can move faster without losing the thread.

Product and operations

Turn recurring coordination into routines, keep project status visible, and reduce the overhead of managing too many moving parts at once.

Leadership and stakeholders

Give decision-makers visibility without forcing them into engineering tooling, while still keeping access scoped inside the organization.

Two ways to work with us

Either we work with you directly, or we bring your team into the system.

The commercial model is simple: use Automa as your own operating layer, or have LOJI apply the same operating system and personnel on your behalf.

Bring your team into Automa

$25k / year

Get access to the platform, onboard your own personnel, and run your AI workforce directly inside the same operating system LOJI built for itself.

  • Bring your own OpenAI and Anthropic API keys
  • Best when you want your team inside the tooling directly
  • Ideal for organizations that want leverage without a full delivery engagement

Custom project pricing

We can price the work with you, bring our personnel into the operating model, and use the same tools on your behalf as part of a LOJI product engineering engagement.

  • LOJI product engineers stay in the loop
  • Useful when you want output, direction, and attached execution capacity
  • Best when the business model, architecture, and workflows still need shaping

Launch model

Commercial v1 is designed to get real pilots running quickly.

Founder-led paid pilots

Commercial v1 is optimized around paid pilots with close onboarding, proof collection, and fast feedback loops.

Managed hosting first

Managed deployment is the default so teams can get moving quickly without standing up infrastructure before they know the workflow is right.

Self-hosted for higher-trust accounts

Self-hosted remains available for customers with stronger ownership, security, or environment requirements.

Manual billing with usage metering

Launch is not blocked on self-serve checkout. Billing can stay manual while usage instrumentation is established from day one.

Architecture direction

Built around organizations, workspaces, and tenant-local context.

The product is moving toward a first-class organization model, org-scoped data isolation, and a shared-versus-private assistant split that supports real team usage without losing control of memory, access, or notifications.

Organization above workspace

Automa is moving toward a first-class organization model, with workspaces as the project, department, or client boundary inside the company.

Tenant-local knowledge and events

Tasks, routines, documents, conversations, knowledge, notifications, and streams are designed to carry org and workspace context all the way through.

Shared and private assistant layers

The product promise stays intact by separating personal memory and defaults from shared organizational and workspace knowledge.

Start here

If you need AI leverage before you need a full delivery team, start with Automa.

Automa is the lower-cost operating layer if you want your team in the system directly. LOJI remains the partner when you want us to scope the work, direct the operating model, and bring our product engineers into the loop with you.
